Surrey jobs at Frimley Park Hospital have ranked among the highest for job satisfaction in a recent report.
According to Get Surrey, the NHS staff survey unveiled that workers also gave Frimley Park 98% approval rate, the highest score for any general hospital in the country.
The hospital scored top marks in job role understanding and workers have high confidence in the facility promoting it to others.
Frimley Park also received fantastic results in staff motivation, equal opportunities for growth and their employees’ good health.
Janet King, director of human resources and facilities, told the news source: “Frimley Park Hospital is the biggest employer in Surrey Heath and I believe that these excellent results prove we are also one of the very best.
“I’m also delighted to say we’ve improved our performance in 11 areas and there have been no areas of decline.”
Frimley Park will soon be creating more jobs with their plans to build a £20 million two-storey A&E centre.
Plans for the A&E have been opened to public opinion to see what residents think about their proposals.
According to chief executive Andrew Morris, the new development is necessary to provide care to their growing number of patients.
“We believe the medical attention we provide is second to none, but the environment in A&E means we are not always able to provide the level of privacy and dignity that patients expect and deserve.”
