A new cafe and deli business in a town in Northern Ireland has helped to bolster
UK jobs and will give customers the chance to sample wonderful produce, according to one newspaper.
The Portadown Times reported on the Hobbs Cafe, which Gary Kidd and Simon O'Hara are running, and they believe the establishment can plug a gap in the market.
"We also have lovely homemade scones and other foodstuffs which are all made on the premises, and we have an experienced lad doing the coffees and waiter service. We also have one of the girls from Centra working for us," Mr Kidd stated.
The business currently employs eight full-time and part-time staff, but the newspaper stated there are plans to take on more workers soon.
Recently, the Guardian's employment guru Jeremy Bullmore told one reader to ensure he made himself attractive to potential employees by getting as many impressive references as possible.
